Parking..helpful hints
This is President Harry Truman's Little White House now open to the public and a great stop on your Key West visit!
If you drive down or rent a car you'll find there is very little parking. The best thing to do is to park at the Old Town parking garage at the corner of Caroline and Grinnell . Covered parking is 8.00 a day if you ride the free shuttle into town that runs every 20 minutes. This is absolutely the "best deal" in town and you'll appreciate the covered parking with the Key West heat. There are at least six great places to eat around the garage with Pepe's down a couple of short blocks and opening at 6:30 AM every morning 365 days a year. This makes it an ideal place to park for day trips or if you are staying up the keys.
